Delete your account.

• Open Hypnic and go to Profile.
• Tap “Delete my account”.
• Type DELETE to confirm, then confirm the deletion.

Your account closes at once. You are signed out on this device and the data on it is removed. Before you delete, you can save a copy with Profile > Privacy and your data > Download my data.

From the email address linked to your account, send an email to [email protected] with the subject “Delete my account”. If you write from another address, we send an email to your account address to confirm that the account is yours.

We act on your request within 3 working days and write back to you. After that, the times below apply.

• All your dreams and their interpretations
• Your dream memory and your corrections
• Your follow-up answers and monthly summaries
• Your profile: age range, gender, city
• Your sign-in account: email address, Apple or Google link
• Your research records and research permission
• Your export and email delivery records
• Your support purchase records and usage counters

• Consent records: the consent type, your choice, the text version and the date. They hold no content; we keep them to show that we had your consent.
• An account row that shows the deletion and holds no personal information.
• Aggregate research results already published. They do not identify anyone.
• Crash reports (up to 90 days) and usage statistics (up to 1 year), which are not linked to your account.

Kept for up to 30 days, then removed automatically.

Records at OpenAI

Up to 30 days.

Deletion cannot be undone. If you sign in again with the same email, a new, empty account is created.

• Delete a single dream from the Journal; it is also deleted from our servers within 24 hours.
• Turn off research permission in Profile.
• Turn off usage statistics in Profile.
