When you write

  • Give the email address you use for Hypnic. If you can, write from that address.
  • Tell us your phone model and briefly what happened.
  • If you saw an error code on the screen, add it.
  • You do not need to send your dream text.

Common questions

My sign-in code did not arrive.

Wait a minute or two and check your spam folder. Make sure the email address is correct, then tap “Resend code”. Only the latest code works. If it still does not arrive, try signing in with Apple or Google, or write to us.

How do I change my AI permission?

Go to Profile > Privacy and your data > AI and turn the switch on or off. While it is off, you save dreams by writing them and nothing is sent to AI. You can turn it back on at any time.

How do I download my data?

Go to Profile > Privacy and your data > Download my data. Your dreams, interpretations, memory, profile and support purchases are put into one JSON file. Once it is ready, you can download it for 7 days.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile > Delete my account and type DELETE to confirm. Your account closes at once, and your data is deleted from our servers within 24 hours. If you cannot open the app, use the email route on the account deletion page.
